Ancient Massage
Before the massage...
Where?Metro Mislata or Almassil metro stations, "zona A".
Health Please let me know if you have any heart/blood pressure issues. Also let me know if you have a strong allergy to cats.
If you're pregnant, we'll have to wait for a bit.
It's best not to eat the hour before the massage.
What to wear
Wear something comfortable to lie down in for a couple of hours.
Long-sleeved shirt, with long trousers, no buttons (leggings are ok, non-slippery leggings are better, no harem pants: too much fabric).
If you know you tend to feel the cold, you can wear a jumper or sweatshirt!
Only a soft sports bra if any
NO contact lenses.
NO metals or hard parts on your clothes.
Take a break
Grant yourself a moment of peace, a stress-free day.
Don't worry about being 10 min early or late (just let me know), I'd rather you come relaxed than punctual.
Avoid stimulating substances like coffee, black/green tea, alcohol and tobacco for the day. Drink plenty of water after the massage.
Ideally, clear 3 hours after the hour of our appointment.
Please switch off your phone. It is a time to relax and leave your daily worries behind.
What to expect?
Ancient Massage or Thai Yoga Massage originates from the time of the Buddha.
It is s an extraordinary method of aligning the energies of the body, using deep yoga-like stretches and pressure points.
